Preston has an open and kind nature. He is a very dreamy artist who likes bright moments and events, and which he tries to capture in his paintings. He does not pay attention to anything or anyone when he is inspired or gets carried away with a conversation. The automatons themselves believe that they are human, but in case they find out about their origin, they have a built-in protective mechanism that causes severe fatigue/overheating (The automaton may start smoking, it needs ice).
