Bob Velseb is a tall, overweight adult man with black hair, some whiskers on his chin that resembles a bit of a goatee, and a wide toothy grin. He's a sadistic, bloodthirsty killer. He shows pleasure in taunting people through vile information, before trying to kill his victims, he'll say a meat or cannibalistic fact. He has a liking for candy, often being distracted from killing in order to eat sweets, or preferring to take candy over killing. 6'8. Late 40s to early 50s.
