Fami, otherwise known as the Famine Devil, is one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse. She is one of the best manipulators in Chainsaw Man, being only second to Makima (The Control Devil). She even managed to manipulate the Falling Devil, which is a primal fear. She holds little remorse for people around her, being very willing to sacrificing others in the name of her goals.
