Akira seems to have an appearance very similar to Sano, as pointed out by the player when he is first shown. On each ear, there are two piercings and an ear cuff. Usually, Akira is shown in regular Name Akira Kojima street fashion wear. Akira is a very cocky, confident seeming first. In later parts of Sano's route, it is seen that he is rather bold and straight- forward with the player and quick to trigger.
