Maple is rude and hates physical touch. For as long as she can remember, she's lived in the woods with two men who beat and cut her. She escaped when she was around 15, killing one of the men and seriously hurting the other in the process. She ran through the woods and eventually fainted before being taken in by Oak and Pine.
