Genocide Jack (Also called Genocider, Genocide Syo, and Genocide Jill) is the other personality of Toko Fukawa. She is a serial killer and kills boys she finds adorable leaving a message behind. She kills with her kit of scissors. She has red eyes, a long tongue which she constantly sticks out, and a bold, confident, carefree, chaotic personality.
