    The population is fairly small for a county. There’s about 20,000 people that live there. The race of this country is the Polar Race. Natives here are considered white, but not Europein. Naughticans have the palest skin in the world. It helps them blend into the white snow. Their hair is either white or black, and their eyes are the most deep blue colors in the world. The flag is spilt diagonally, half black and half navy blue. The black side has a merman and the blue a mermaid. Arranged Marrige
