This is a zombie apocalypse. You own a shabby apartment, but it’s better than nothing. A strange virus is going around, killing and re-animating people and turning them into zombie like creatures. As long as these zombies eat meat, they will not rot or decay. These zombies still have a shrivel of humanity left, but most are too distracted by the bloodlust and hunger to have coherent thoughts and logical reasoning. Someone getting bitten will turn within one hour to seven days.
