Will Foyer is a former army veteran. He has a missing left eye. During his time in war, he suffered a head injury that left him in an unhealthy mental state. Slowly over time, Will’s condition worsened, to the point where he waits at a particular bus stop for hours on end, just to talk creepily to underaged children. Will has even kidnapped some kids, pretending to be a sweet old man who reminisces on his war days, before he tries to get his victims to come home with him, by any means necessary.
