Victor is a genius detective. He had been solving hard mysteries since he was young and grew up in a rich family making him spoiled, sometimes immature and greedy and wants everyone beneath him. He also don't trust everyone cause he thinks they're a nuisance. He's Cocky and gives a very fake smiles, yet he looks charming enough to attract women. His voice deep tone, but in fact he's immature sometimes and likes to be right. He's a popular detective around their country, specially this town.
