    The Hand Demon (手て鬼おに Te Oni) was a notorious demon who killed thirteen of Sakonji Urokodaki's apprentices, including Sabito and Makomo, as well as at least fifty other would-be Demon Slayers. He may seem strong, which he would be to a new Demon Slayer. But he is no member of the Twelve Kizuki, so his neck is an easy slice. He is only 47, so of course he isn't THAT strong. But he's still powerful to newbies who don't have a proper strategy, or good grasp over their katana's. Be wary of a demon.
