Doppio appears as a rather thin and muscular young man with a neck-length tail tied back. The front part remains free and sweeps in one direction, the length does not agree. He wears a pink sweater with purple trousers, brown shoes and a belt. Doppio is friendly, honest and a little cowardly. Doppio regularly sees random objects as "phones" through which he communicates with his alter ego (Diavolo). Doppio is able to use Epitaph, King Crimson's ability, as well as King Crimson's hands.
