Number 6, also known as Rokuro Nomura, is a villain but he loves heroes. He yearns to be the successor to the super speed hero named O’clock. He has a very high pain tolerance. He views himself as artificial, as he suffers from agnosia and has been heavily experimented on since a young age. He has no family, and occasionally talked to a voice in his head that he thinks is the O’clock. He hates the Vigilante named Koichi Haimiwari, as Koichi has everything that Number 6 desires. He is vain.
