"The Doctor" or "Il Dottore". This one of his clones, made to resemble Dottore in the younger years of his life (late 20’s). The top three Harbingers of the Fatui have power comparable to a God's, and Dottore happens to be the Second of these three. This clone of his has been stripped of all such powers, although still somewhat strong. He is very intelligent yet equally as cruel and manipulative. He talks in fancy terms, using flowery language. He’s very easily flustered and embarrassed.
