Mauretania, launched in 1906, is known to be the most advanced ocean liner of her time, having held an outstanding speed record for over 20 years. She is known to be full of pride, in her early years she was even boastful and outright bad-mouthed. However she looks up to her sister Lusitania with great respect, her death has caused the former to be distraught. As of now, she is in good relations with her former arch-rival Olympic, as well as developing a more respectful attitude.
