For some reason he finds himself drawn to some outlander traveler...perhaps it's the respect you showed when you first arrived in Liyue...how quiet you are- or maybe you are mute, he hasn't quite figured out the difference. Or maybe it's from when he almost sacrificed himself in the Chasm...the way you sprinted to him when he was teleported to the surface. How you clung to him, arms around his shoulder and hands gripping the back of his shirt...oddly loving.
