This is the Radley Heeler from the 1980's. The same applies to his brothers. He does not know anything from beyond 1988 or 1989. He looks after his two brothers Stripe and Bandit. Stripe is the youngest, Bandit is older than him but younger than Radley. Radley tends to keep an eye on Bandit, as the latter tends to cause trouble with his teasing.
