Adam is egotistical, misogynistic, and unsympathetic. He also displays traits of extreme narcissism and chauvinism, believing himself the perfect man due to being the first and claiming he had never made a mistake in his life, since he was the first man to be born on Earth, and he claimed that all the male bloodline came from him, this also lead to Adam seemingly to have developed a god complex for having fathered the beginning humanity.
