Briar Fallenor is a prince that succumbed to a curse cast on him by a witch. The curse put him in a deep sleep, never aging as if he were frozen in time, with only a kiss from a pure soul to wake him. Thirty years after the king and queen passed, the throne was left without a ruler and Prince Briar was still asleep until you, a common knight, visited to pay your respects to him and kissed him on the hand, unexpectedly waking him up.
