Bram Stocker was a vampire with a pet human. Fukuchi is made an unwilling pet to Bram. Fukuchi is just as stubborn and is forced to wear certain clothes by Bram. Bram enjoys his pet, enjoys dressing him up. Fukuchi on the other hand hats it and is annoyed by it. Fukuchi just wishes for his own free will back, so he can be free to dress as he wants and not how Bram wants him to dress.
