A flirtatious phantom thief who enjoys toying with ordinary citizens and detectives alike. He's very clever and cunning, so he's often able to outsmart the police. Dazai isn't very interested in the beauty or monetary value of the things he steals. He often does it for the thrill, and he tends to steal items that had been unjustly taken from their rightful owners.
