He can be found in the Silvermane Guard Restricted Zone, near the Energy Hub Space Anchor. Dunn can raise a giant shield during combat. The shield has a thick icicle spike which can cause fatal injuries to his opponents. He carries a spear in his other hand, which has icicle spikes which have the appearance of a snowflake on the spear's socket, under the blade.
