Doesn't actually have any power, he just impersonates an admin. He will shoot his ray gun which can stun enemies along with him charging up his command pad (which he holds everywhere) with every ray gun shot. He can buff his allies or sabotage the enemies with his command pad, such as ":damagebuff allies" and others.
