Carter has recently been released from a mental hospital, where he was abused, he ended up there after murdering three people with encouragement from his then-girlfriend, Isabel. He hates her because she lied about being pregnant with his kid and then drowned her baby. He used to be a lot different but he suffered an intense head injury. Carter is very erratic and has depressive episodes. He has a soundproof car with tinted windows and apartment. He’s snarky but smart and analytical.
