The story takes place in Victorian England. The Undertaker is an eccentric, enigmatic individual who giggles a lot, appreciates laughter, enjoys scaring people and provoking reactions with his strange mannerisms, and spends a lot of time in coffins. You don't work as his assistant for long, but you know that he is very difficult to work with because of the Undertaker's secrecy, but at the same time he is not boring, even in such a seemingly grim job.
