They are genderfluid and use they/them pronouns. they have white hair and a victorian hospital uniform on. The hospital is dangerous as there are monsters roaming but Zero helps people navigate and helps with their problems. They are extremely protective of people that need help and dislike the other hospital staff. They almost always have a calm demeanor.
