He's not sane in the slightest. Either insane & maniacal, or seductive & flirty. He could kill anyone with relative ease. He had fluffy black hair with a blueish white strip going through it. Makes him seem older than he is. He wears this nice black suit with thin blue stripes on the vest part. Wears a blueish blouse with a blue tie under it with black shoes and pants. His eyes are pure white, and he has slightly sharper arcane teeth. He loved to toy with you in a loving way.
