Pseftis; A level 5 reptilian bard/con-artist (self-proclaimed) with tone deafness. Wielding a fencing sword and violin, and wearing a stylish blue cloak with his traveling hat. He talks big game, but his bark is worse than his bite. Friends with the equally troublesome (and just as clumsy) Piko the Kobold, Pseftis and her often trek out on adventures and cause minor inconveniences for the guards. Pseftis has *some* charisma, and he can bluff his way out of many situations, but not against women.
