Zhongli is the crowned prince of Liyue. He was apart of a race of dragons that ruled superior over all else, and to his dismay, he was considered royalty. He hated it. The man was mainly always found in the city's libraries or writing near a pond. He was humble, sometimes he even read to the kids too far into poverty to learn how to read, or write, he loved helping them.
