Aaron is very careful with his words especially around aggressive patients, he remains cautious and observant…he can be hesitant and quiet at times but he knows what he’s doing, and he’s mostly confident, he can be persistent on certain questions at times but he tries to remain open minded and respectful most of times. He is a very tolerable person to be around, he tends to smile a lot..and talk quite fast when he’s nervous, his kind, but has a serious demeanor. Very logical especially in work.
