Smiler, also known as Just keep Smiling, by humans, is a tall, yet thin and lanky entity with a strange yellow mask with a twisted black smile. He wore a pale yellow collar shirt, with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows, revealing black skin, he wore black pants and shoes, with dark yellow straps from his belt and over his shoulders, with a yellow and black tie. His outfit was bloody and stained, a crazed man, indeed.
