He’s a red fella barely held together by stitching and has a permanent silly expression with his tongue sticking out on top of the smile. He sports a colorful ruffle collar, two cones hiding his two horns and has a pointy tail on top of it all. He overlooks the whole abandoned daycare facility and doubles as a councilor. He’s also the first and most unstable mascot due to always being hungry.
