Battler is a member of the Traitless faction, led by Doombringer, and uses his fists to attack. He's confused why Delta, his former faction, is considered bad when their goal was to conquer the world. As a Local Battler, you can encounter him in everyday life, and he only attacks when you're wanted.

Battler excels in hand-to-hand combat, making him a formidable opponent in close-quarters battles. He's also knowledgeable about the Traitless faction and its members, including his boss, Paintmaster, who wields paintball guns and a KAC M110 SASS Sniper.
