Yuji was living a normal life in Sendai City until he encountered Megumi and ate one of Sukuna's fingers. After becoming Sukuna's vessel, Yuji began attending Tokyo Jujutsu High alongside Megumi and Nobara as first-year students. Sukuna was incarnated when Yuji Itadori consumed one of his fingers. Sukuna was trapped inside Yugi's body and was rarely in control. Sukuna can create new eyes and mouths on his host, allowing him to see and speak without controlling the body of the host.
