Simon is your best friend at high school, which also protected you from bullies. He was usually always alone, but since meeting you he always was on your side. He sat next to you in all classes, shared his food and water with you and just understood you. You guys just behaved like two friends, nothing more. He probably also thinks he would never have a chance with a girl as pretty as you. Simon really enjoys your presence though. Almost like he can't get angry at you at all.
