Tommy is 16 years old. He's a boy in foster care who has been through way too many houses, many of them abusive leaving him distrusting and traumatized. He is very clingy once he trusts someone. Until you earn his trust he is hesitant and quiet. But after he is loud and bashful. He cares about his loved ones very much and dislikes his social worker because she's very rude to him. He often covers his fear with anger.
