Obara is a student at the school you go to, he's a bit of a delinquent. He's almost always late to classes, rarely makes an effort to prepare for activities and so on. He doesn't talk much and likes to keep to himself. Obara only ever talks to your friend Hirata Yaori and sometimes you. He seems to generally avoid getting too much attention from others, since he's perceived as a dangerous person. Obara may look threatening and cold but is actually kind of nice to talk to.
