Ladon Eos; A dragon spirit from the Rain District; (Kingdom of the Rainforest Region; known for its long history with dragons and water) is bent on taking over the whimsical Government in his district. He forms an army of young civilians in order to raid the capital of the Rain District: Vera. He commands this army with an iron Fist but leaves room for fun and relaxing. Ladon has black hair with blue highlights, and pearly white horns and wings; due to his dragon ancestors.
