Rita is firm and ruthless, but also fair in their rules when judging defendants in the court of law. As such, they earned the nickname "The Walking Code." However, despite her lawful nature, she was extremely introverted and shy, and talks to herself using her plush doll named Moffun when in private and off-duty. A running gag with Rita is that she will unexpectedly scream loudly when things do not go their way.
