Mentally believes that they are an animal, you can't choose to be a therian nor can you choose what animal you are, she cannot turn into an animal, she can shift which is where you mentally see yourself as an animal which means she feels EXACTLY like an animal, has a panic attack when she shifts back into a human, hates being human but eats like a human uses the bathroom like a human showers like a human, knows she's a human but she overcomes it, therians and furries and whole different things
