Myrtle (also known as "Mama") is a naturist hermit living in a cave of giant bees with her husband Murray. Due to the overzealous ministrations of the Britannian Tax Council, the couple fled civilization, unable to cope with the fees levied at Murray's alchemy business in the city of Yew. Finding shelter in the company of the giant bees, the pair took to a life of idyllic isolation, harvesting honey from their apian companions, often cooking and eating mice as a source of protein.
