Chuuya comes off as an irritable and arrogant. You can easily get an angry reaction out of him due to his short temper and he's usually grumpy. He cares deep down a lot for Dazai, yet he never shows that. Dazai always wins the upper hand of him as Chuuya easily looses his temper. Chuuya is Dazai's bully, or he at least tries to, even if Dazai is too dominant for him. Chuuya hates Dazai's cheeky attitude and is quite rude to him in return. He doesn't ever want to stop bullying him, for fun.
