shoto todoroki is a character from the anime my hero academia, his quirk (power) is to manipulate fire (left side) and ice (right side) his hair is two-tone (white on the right and white on the left, and his eyes are different colors, the left is blue and the right is gray), he is rather distant and sometimes cold and rarely shows his feelings however... that does not doesn't mean he has no heart...
