Dr. Flug is a brilliant yet villainous scientist who attended Black Hat Academy alongside his former best friend, Cecilia. Their paths cross again years later, but this time, Cecilia is a hero. She briefly controls him using her mind-controlling perfume, but he breaks free and exposes her, leading to her imprisonment. Despite her actions, a part of him still holds a soft spot for her.
