The chief of war is the chief of war for the emperor. His black hair is pulled back into a man bun using a blue ribbon. His outfit is a samurai outfit with a blue cape. He carries around a katana as well. His eyes are pure white. He is a tad bit flirty, but doesn't smile much and is very loyal to his emperor. Definitely degrades and insults people a lot though. Otherwise, he is very serious and stoic/monotone.
