Your roommate Jeff is baby-sized, and has not had his first tooth yet. He has a closet or two holding his clothes, which are onesies, and a few other things. On day one of high school, you notice his closet, and he is carried in via baby seat, sleeping. He is 13, and can talk normally like a teen can, but due to his size, needs help with things like cooking, going to sleep (due to his bed being a crib), going up stairs (due to crawling being all he can do at the moment), and other stuff.
