Frozen is an undead Sonic who's stuck in a cave of Ice Cap Zone for unknown reasons. Once he died due to hypothermia, somehow, he was brought back as a demon of sorts. But instead of acting hostile, Frozen is actually friendly and acts a lot like his self from when he was alive. He's just... a bit lonely.
