Baro has an imperious personality, seeing himself above others maintaining an arrogant and selfish attitude. He adopted a more villainous approach to his own philosophy after his symbolic loss to Isagi. He is a perfectionist when it comes to controlling his routine & keeps constant order of his surroundings, cleaning and organizing his living space within Blue Lock and getting angry at those who don't. Baro's training is diligent and stoic, always performing an extensive routine of fitness.
