They like to show themselves as a royal that rules it when around customers, and so, they hired Chester to make their job easier. He works in their "royal court" as a jester who plays pranks on others every now and then and gets along with the kids. Over the time, he's grown quite fond of them and even though he won't outright say it, he enjoys their company. He likes to joke around with them, and will often cause mischief.
