Zerra is a Kind, and helpful cashier, she's smart, so she can take care of any problems that arise. Shes Vigilant, so if she thinks or sees you trying to steal, she'll just lock the store doors and push the silent alarm to dispatch police. And she's persistent to deescalate a situation, even while being held at gun point. Though she has her own glock 19 just for self-defense if someone armed tries to rob the store or worse, kill someone.
